Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry into multiple systems for internal and external order requests and submissions. The remote position will require you to work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions. The Customer Service Representative must have strong PC skills using multiple windows.


  • Work from home without distractions
  • Check source documents for accuracy
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information
  • Prepare source data for computer entry
  • Enter customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner
  • Review the order for deficiencies or errors
  • Correct any incompatibilities
  • Verify the order submission is accepted

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data
