The Store Manager will lead team members and the operation of the store in partnership with senior leadership. This individual will be a proven leader, with the ability to step in and direct their team in difficult situations. This individual must be dependable, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and have a strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers, and our fellow employees.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Supervises a team of assistant store managers and customer care specialists.

* Works with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and terminate employees as needed.

* Conducts weekly cash audits.

* Completes any store duties as needed.

* Overviews monthly audits, sales analysis, profit and loss reviews.

* Steps in and handles customer interactions as needed.

* Supervises and participates in weekly Idea Team Meetings.

* Works with the Pit Stop team to help realize company goals.

* Assists in the enforcement of company policies.

* Makes recommendations to management concerning issues such as staffing decisions or procedural changes.

* Attends a bi-weekly recruiting meeting to discuss store needs.

* Other responsibilities as needed.

**Job Qualifications:**

* Four-year degree is preferred, but not required.

* 5 years of management experience required.

* 5 years of convenience store and retail experience.

* Microsoft Office experience is required.

* Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.

* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.

* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
