Technical WriterYorktown, VAOrbis is seeking a Technical Writer to work on site on the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown Va, in support of our RADIAC and RADCON Professional Services contract.Responsibility include:* Using data provided by equipment vendors or lead engineers, create and edit Navy technical manuals associated with radiation detection instruments in Extensible Markup Language (XML) or Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) format using Arbortext or similar software.* Convert existing Navy technical manuals from PDF and Microsoft Word source files into XML or SGML format.Requirements:* 5 years of experience preparing technical documentation with demonstrated proficiency in preparing Navy technical manuals and similar publications in XML format* HS Diploma* US Citizen with Secret Security ClearanceORBIS offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary in a professional atmosphere....
